Hydraulic adjustment systems in the industrial sector
The hydraulic Movotec adjustment system consists of cylinders and a pump that is driven with a hand crank or an electric motor. The drive generated in this way drives the oil out of the pump into the cylinders or from the cylinders back into the pump. The cylinders are thus extended or retracted within the provided adjustment range (stroke).
- Bolt-On retrofit system with hand crank
The Bolt-On system is delivered as a kit for retrofitting. Using the retrofit system, you can retrofit your work table that previously could not be adjusted in height with just a few steps, thus making it a sit stand workbench.

- Table Adjustment System ATU
You can assemble your custom height-adjustable 2-leg table with the ATU (aluminum table underframe) table system. All required frame and accessories parts can be ordered for this purpose, with the exception of the tabletop.
The ATU table system is modular and consists of two components:
1. Movotec system (electric motor / hand crank) with two aluminum profiles as table legs (so-called ATU)
2. Selection of frame kit according to desired table frame length (length cross beam): 800 mm, 1,000 mm and 1,200 mmWorkstation kit includes:
- Two feet brackets
- Two top brackets
- Cross beam with glides, all fasteners and plugs required to assemble frame
- Installation instructions

Reset Weight
Movotec lifting systems are single-acting systems. This means that the load is lifted with the help of a hand crank or a motor, while it is lowered with the help of gravity. This is why a minimum weight is required to retract every cylinder. This is to be taken into consideration when lifting loads with a low weight or in the event of an uneven distribution of the load on the working surface. The function can be improved with optional or short hoses for low loads.
Load distribution
Movotec lifting systems are designed for loads that are unevenly distributed on the working surface. The maximum load on the working surface may not exceed the system's rated lifting capacity. The maximum load per cylinder may not exceed the rated lifting capacity divided by the number of cylinders x 1.5.
Work cycle
Movotec lifting systems are designed for a work cycle of 10%. This means that nine minutes of resting time are provided per minute of operating time. Movotec lifting systems are not designed for continuous operation.
Operating temperature
Movotec lifting systems work best at operating temperatures between 0°C and 45°C.
Tube length
Specific lengths are specified for all standard Movotec lifting systems (see catalog program page 6). Individual hose lengths can be ordered at the customer's request within the permissible range. A ratio of tube lengths of 1:3 should be maintained. (Minimum hose length 0.5 m - maximum hose length 5 m).
Bending radius
The hydraulic lines to connect the pump to the lifting cylinders are to be laid so that the bending radius of the hoses is not less than 50 mm.
Durability test
Movotec lifting systems are tested regularly to ensure the flawless functioning of the system over at least 10,000 complete up / down cycles.

CE
Movotec components and systems are considered incomplete machines in the sense of the machinery directive 2006/42/EC. All components and assemblies of the Movotec lifting systems were designed in consideration of all fundamental safety and health guidelines.
UL Requirements
The SUSPA Movotec geared motor has a UL approval under the following UL approval number in conjunction with the controller and cables: E258745.
Hydraulic fluid "NT15®"
Movotec "NT15®" oil is used in all Movotec systems and applications. It is a lubricant with a special composition in food-grade quality. Movotec "NT15®" is a clear, odorless liquid that is harmless in the event of unintentional contact with food. Movotec "NT15®" is registered with the National Sanitation Foundation under the registration number 132507. Safety data sheets on material safety are available by request.
