Although for us all revolves around technology: the focus is on people. That is why employees are not "resources" to us, but rather individuals whose skills, health and safety are important to us.
Our approximately 1,800 employees work in integrated teams that are characterized by a high level of independent responsibility and flat hierarchies. Numerous patents and interdisciplinary developments, such as safety systems and intelligent pneumatic spring concepts for automobiles, have already proven the success of this work model today.
Qualification and Development
We invest a great deal in the training and further education of our employees, thus ensuring a continuous qualification with "on the job" and "off the job" training, through targeted training programs as well as individual support.
One example is our trainee program, which SUSPA developed with seven other companies in the Middle Franconia-Eastern Bavaria region. Young managers expand their knowledge across companies and in an interdisciplinary manner in seminars and project work. It is important for us to understand other cultures and to get them excited about our products and technologies. That is why our employees regularly exchange with the employees from our international subsidiaries as part of training sessions and workshops. Because we want to be optimally prepared for the challenges of tomorrow and the constantly increasing requirements of internationalization.
Precaution and Provision
But what would the team be without the individual? So that each of our industrious 3,600 hands maintain sensitivity and power, our employees work at ergonomic workplaces, i.e. with height-adjustable writing and work tables. As part of our company retirement provision, we are investing in the third phase of life of our employees already today. We regularly offer participation in various sporty events that we sponsor.
