Hydraulický systém nastavení výšky Movotec MLS se skládá z válců a čerpadla poháněného ruční klikou nebo elektromotorem. Takto vytvořená jednotka žene olej z čerpadla do válců nebo z válců zpět do čerpadla. Válce jsou tak vysouvají nebo zasouvají v rámci nastaveného rozsahu zdvihu.

You can assemble your custom height-adjustable 2-leg table with the ATU (aluminum table underframe) table system. All required frame and accessories parts can be ordered for this purpose, with the exception of the tabletop.
The ATU table system is modular and consists of two components:
1. Movotec system (electric motor / hand crank) with two aluminum profiles as table legs (so-called ATU)
2. Selection of frame kit according to desired table frame length (length cross beam): 800 mm, 1000 mm and 1200 mm
Workstation kit includes:
- Two feet brackets
- Two top brackets
- Cross beam with glides, all fasteners and plugs required to assemble frame
- Installation instructions

Rozložení zatížení
Zdvihací systémy Movotec jsou určeny pro zatížení nerovnoměrně rozložená na pracovní ploše. Maximální zatížení pracovního povrchu nesmí překročit jmenovitou nosnost systému. Maximální zatížení na válec nesmí překročit jmenovitou nosnost vydělenou počtem válců x 1,5.
Pracovní cyklus
Zdvihací systémy Movotec jsou určeny pro pracovní cyklus 10%. To znamená, že za minutu provozní doby je poskytnuta doba odpočinku devíti minut. Zdvihací systémy Movotec nejsou určeny pro trvalý provoz.
Provozní teplota
Zdvihací systémy Movotec pracují nejlépe při provozních teplotách mezi 0 ° C a 45 ° C.
Délka trubice
Specifické délky jsou určeny pro všechny standardní zvedací systémy Movotec (viz katalogový program strana 6). Jednotlivé délky hadic lze objednat na přání zákazníka v rámci přípustného rozsahu. Mělo by se zachovat poměr délky trubek 1: 3. (Minimální délka hadice 0,5 m - maximální délka hadice 5 m).
