    • Produced according to the drawing 
    • Round wire springs with a wire diameter 0.5 - 5 mm
    • From spring wire, sometimes also valve spring wire
    • Flat material bending parts made of spring sheet steel

    SUSPA® uses the following chemical substances:

    • Chemicals for grinding water treatment
    • Chemicals for the paint shop

    SUSPA® uses elastomers with the following requirements:

    • Produced according to the drawing
    • Materials: EPDM, NBR; HNBR, PUR, TPE, PTFE
    • Seals, O-rings, foam, elastomer molded parts
    • Weight per part: 0.5 g / part up to 100 g / part

     

     

  • Electrical Assemblies

    SUSPA® uses electrical assemblies with the following requirements:

    • Produced according to the drawing

  • Cast Parts

    SUSPA® uses cast parts with the following requirements:

    • Produced according to the drawing
    • Aluminum die-casting
    • Zinc die-casting
    • Magnesium die-casting
    • Partial plastic molding

  • Cold Formed Parts

    SUSPA® uses cold formed parts with the following requirements:

    • Produced according to the drawing

  • Mechanical Assemblies

    SUSPA® uses mechanical assemblies with the following requirements:

    • Produced according to the drawing
    • Various assembly work (manual assembly, automatic assembly)
    • Partially also including welding processes
    • Includes manufacturing / purchase of the components to be assembled (stamped parts, pipe shape parts, turned parts, aluminum extrusions...)

     

     

  • Standard parts / DIN parts

    SUSPA® uses the following standards / DIN parts:

    • Screws
    • Bolts, pins
    • Nuts

    • Rolling bearings, sliding bearings
    • Special parts similar to the standard

     

     

  • Profiles

    SUSPA® uses profiles with the following requirements:

    • Produced according to the drawing
    • Materials: Steel, aluminum
    • Aluminum extrusion profiles
    • Steel rolled profiles
    • Aluminum rolled profiles
    • Partially mechanically machined and coated
    • Delivery lengths: Standard 6 m, fixed lengths

     

     

     

  • Pipes

    SUSPA® uses pipes with the following requirements:

    • Manufactured according to drawing specification
    • DIN EN 10305-1 / -2 / -3 seamlessly drawn, drawn, welded
    • Materials: Steel, partially with limited strength, as well as stainless steel
    • Wall thickness: 0.6 mm - 4 mm
    • Outer diameter: 12 to 100 mm
    • Shape: round, 4 Kt
    • Delivery length: 6 m, partially in fixed length

     

     

  • Rod Steel

    SUSPA® uses rod steel with the following requirements:

    • Produced according to factory standard
    • Materials: Machining steel, C-grades and stainless steel
    • Drawn, ground
    • Ø 4 - 30 mm
    • Delivery lengths: Standard 3 m

     

     

  • Stamped Parts

    SUSPA® uses stamped parts with the following requirements:

    • Produced according to the drawing
    • Stamped, embossed, punched, bent, rolled, deep-drawn, fine-stamped
    • Partial plastic molding
