To give young people chances
The world is in our hands. The future in that of young people. And it is our responsibility to create training places, to promote talent, to pass on the knowledge and passion for our work. As a partner company of the UN project "Youth thinks abut the future" we encourage innovative ideas. A wheelchair that can climb stairs? Windows that close by themselves when it rains? - At SUSPA imagination gets a chance. We integrate students and give their thoughts time and space. We embrace "scatterbrains" because they stimulate our company with new avenues of thought. Together we are passionate about ideas and are creating tomorrow right now. 
In addition SUSPA is a partner and sponsor of the initiative "Campus of Excellence". This allows us to offer students and very performance-oriented pupils in secondary schools an extremely demanding platform. Attendance at the summer school, lasting several weeks, rounds this placement off. The trainees present their results to company representatives from a broad range of sectors. This is a unique opportunity to get to know small and medium-sized enterprises from the industrial, commercial and service sectors close up.
